Through these courses, the organisation promotes the employability of vulnerable groups in the highly relevant renewable energy sector<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Fundaci\u00f3n Magtel<\/strong>, in collaboration with Fundaci\u00f3n<\/a> Generation Spain<\/a> has started two training programmes on the installation of solar panels<\/strong> in Seville – Magtel’s headquarters in Aer\u00f3polis – and in Cordoba. The initiative makes training and access to the labour market <\/strong> possible for various vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new call for applications has been very well received. In this sense, the percentage of labour market insertion<\/strong> of the first two courses was 100%<\/strong>while the following four training paths- still to be finalised – are registering an insertion rate of 70%<\/strong>so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the 40 vacancies<\/strong> in Seville -morning and afternoon shifts-, a total of 116 attendees <\/strong> were registered in the pre-selection interviews, which means an attendance rate of  83%<\/strong> of the total number of applicants. In Cordoba, more than 100 candidates<\/strong> were interviewed to fill the 20 vacancies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specifically, this programme has a total of 430 hours<\/strong> divided into several blocks: 270 hours of theoretical content and 100 hours of non-labour work experience in companies in the sector<\/strong>. In addition, candidates will obtain other knowledge related to Occupational Health and Safety at Work <\/strong>as well as transversal workshops<\/strong> linked to the “green sector”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The theoretical block is made up of the layout and actions prior <\/strong>to the photovoltaic installation; mechanical assembly<\/strong> in photovoltaic solar installations; electrical and electronic assembly<\/strong>; maintenance<\/strong> of photovoltaic solar installations; self-consumption electricity installations; introduction to the self-consumption of electricity<\/strong>; diagrams and technical specifications; Occupational Health and Safety at Work  in electricity<\/strong>: assembly and maintenance of high voltage and low voltage installations<\/strong>; and work at heights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
